Ordering & Payments
- How can I place my order?
- You can order our products from our website then check out via the secure PayPal or our credit card facility via eWAY. Every time you click "add to cart", you can then view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be taken to checkout where your transaction begins and you put in your address details
- How secure is my order when ordering through your website?
- Your online orders are provided via secure servers through the eWAY or PayPal payment gateways. OhMiBod Australia does not receive any credit card details. Both provide encrypted credit card technology and PayPal provides buyer protection. Further information can be found at paypal.com.au and eway.com.au regarding their individual policies.
- Which credit cards are accepted?
- We accept Visa and Mastercard via eWAY. PayPal also accepts Visa, Mastercard, as well as bank transfers.
- Will you give out my ordering information to third parties?
- No! OhMiBod Australia does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list we will use your information for updates from OhMiBod Australia only.
- When is my credit card charged for orders placed through your site?
- In check out, the system will charge your credit card via the eWAY or PayPal payment gateway, depending on which method you choose.
- Do you accept any other payment methods?
- We can also accept payment via direct bank deposit. Email us your order and we will send you an invoice via email. Visit our Contact Us page and fill in your details.
- How will my purchase appear on my credit card/bank statement?
- Your purchase will appear as a charge from OhMiBod Australia Pty Ltd or as PayPal OMB Australia.
- Do you charge GST?
- Goods and Services Tax (10%) is already included in the pricing.
- Can I send your products as a gift?
- Yes. In fact, we think our products are one of the few gifts that keep on giving! You just need to click the "gift" option at checkout. We will ship the product with a packing slip that does not show the pricing. You may also choose to have the product gift wrapped for a nominal fee.
- An item is listed as 'On Backorder'. What does this mean?
- It means we are currently out of stock and waiting for a supply from the US manufacturers. You may still order the item by going through the normal checkout process. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time of ordering. By placing an order for a backordered item, you will ensure your position in line and orders will be despatched according to time of order... a sort of "first come, first served" system. :)
Shipping Information
- How are my orders shipped to me?
- We ship all of our orders discreetly. Orders will arrive in an Express Post satchel or plain postal box. Packaging uses recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from OMB Australia Pty Ltd.
- Where are orders shipped from?
- All of our orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
- How soon will I receive my order?
- We ship out all orders within one business day of receipt of payment (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
- Do you ship to PO boxes?
- Yes, we ship via Australia Post's Express Post service, so PO BOX addresses are no problem.
- Do you ship Overseas?
- Yes we can ship orders to the Australasian region including New Zealand. If you are not in Australia please contact us with your location and order wishes so we can notify you of the shipping cost. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, please see http://www.ohmibod.com/ for orders.
- How much is shipping?
- All orders shipped to Australian addresses are charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. If you are not in Australia please contact us with your location and order wishes so we can quote you shipping costs.
Customer Service
- How can I contact a customer service representative at OhMiBod?
- The best way to contact customer service is by email at info@ohmibod.com.au. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.
- What is your refund and return policy?
- Our policy is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their purchases from OhMiBod Australia. If you are dissatisfied with any item, please return it unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. We will accept returns for all defective items for a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement. When returning an item, please contact customer service, to better facilitate a quick return or exchange.
- Are your products sold with batteries?
- Only the Naughtibod is sold with batteries.
- What batteries are used with your products?
- The OhMiBod and OhMiBod G-Spot require 2x AA batteries. The Naughtibod uses 3x 1.5V "N" type or 2x AAA batteries (included).
- What type of material are your vibes made of?
- All of our vibes are made out of premium grade hypoallergenic non-toxic, non-porous ABS plastic and are latex and phthalate free. The Naughtibod also has a PU coating.
- Are your vibes waterproof?
- Only the OhMiBod ‘Better than Chocolate’ wireless music massager is waterproof to 1 metre. Due to the nature of the rest of the products and the electronic components in the end cap, do not submerse them in water.
