10% GST is applicable for all orders placed within Australia. For orders outside of Australia no sales tax is applicable.

Does OhMiBod store my credit card information?
No. Absolutely not!
How are my orders shipped to me?
We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your order will be despatched via Australia Post within 7 working days . The return address label on the package will read Beyond the Box.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their purchases from OhMiBod. If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return it unused and/or unopened within 21 days of receipt for a store credit, refund or exchange. We will accept returns for all defective items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement.
Does OhMiBod come with batteries?
No. It requires 2 AA batteries. We advise you to remove batteries when not using OhMiBod for extended periods of time - (we doubt that will be the case:)
Is the OhMiBod waterproof?
No. Due to the nature of the product and the electronic components in the end cap do not submerse in water.
