At OhMiBod Australia we are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We absolutely will never share any information about you with any third party other than those who require such information to complete the delivery of our products to you (i.e. Australia Post).
Information Collection.
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as, name, billing address shipping address, email, and telephone number. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
You may give us your email address if a product is currently out of stock. We will then contact you via email to inform you that the item is available again to purchase.
Deliveries.
When delivering your order or that of a gift recipient, we ensure discreet packaging and make no mention of what is inside. All of our orders are wrapped in plain packaging with ‘OMB Australia’ as the sender.
Testimonials and Blogs.
At times, when we have enthusiastic customers whose stories we would like to share with our community of users, we will post them to our Web site in the testimonials section. We will, however, make sure we receive a customer's permission to post the information prior to posting. If you choose to use our OhMiBlog on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of this forum, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. If we find that something is not appropriate for posting, we will remove it immediately.
No SPAM Policy.
OhMiBod does not make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless: 1) you are on our mailing list, or 2) it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about backorders, and to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment, if applicable. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order.
